When people think of a large State wide company like Queensland Rail, they conjure up images of people working in a quasi-Govenment mentality. You know the stereotypical type of worker who’s there to fill in the day and not give a stuff about much at all. Not As You’d Think They Are Well, the Queensland Rail people I’ve dealt with on 4 occasions have been an absolute pleasure. Currently with work, I’m traveling into the Brisbane CBD quite often during the week. I’m still getting used to train travel so I often am just a little confused on what I’m doing and where I’m suppose to be doing it. Necessitating tapping the nearest QR guy or gal on the shoulder and seeking help. Well, when it comes to customer service, no matter whether in the ticket office or walking the platform, there’s simply nothing too trivial for them to help with and be overjoyed in making sure you have everything you need to ensure your (my) journey is a total success.
